To all of you who have braved the wet and cold and made it to the gym this week, I salute you!

To all of you that have exercised restraint and avoided an impulsive calorie dense meal, well done!

To all of you that have maintained discipline and form during your sets, and worked with adequate intensity, good job!

To all of you that have dreamed of a change not yet implemented, awesome! That’s how it starts.

To all of you that didn’t make it, couldn’t resist it, whatever “it” was, it is OKAY.

Count your victories big and small, and forgive your failures. We are only human after all.
