I’m Bysshe Blackburn, a Napier local who has been working in the fitness industry as a qualified personal trainer for almost a decade. I am passionate about what I do and have a wealth of knowledge and experience so if you'd like help starting a new chapter or continuing an old one let's talk.

  • I’m based in Napier, and train out of Bay City Gym.

  • All you need is comfortable workout clothing, a water bottle, and a positive attitude!

  • The frequency of sessions depends on your goals and schedule. Some clients train once a week, while others prefer 2-3 sessions per week. Together, we’ll find the plan that works best for you.

  • Absolutely! Whether you’re a beginner or experienced, I’ll tailor the sessions to your fitness level. I’ll guide you step by step and ensure you’re always comfortable while making progress.

  • Life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, just let me know at least 24 hours in advance, and we’ll find a new time that works for you.

  • I can work with you to adjust exercises and make modifications based on your individual needs. If necessary, we’ll consult with your healthcare provider to ensure you're training safely.
